Division / fabrication

Practical builds, tested in the shop.

Fabrication at ExE means useful parts, small systems, prototypes, fixtures, electrical experiments, and product development that can be inspected and improved.

Fabrication scope

Practical, experimental, and launch-ready through real build stories.

ExE Fab is launching with active soap sample work, thermal-system experiments, shop test rigs, and useful physical problem solving rather than polished catalog claims.

Soap sample development

No added scents, oils, or lotions. Current small-batch samples are being distributed for feedback, with rough sample sizes and a massage bar created. More designs are coming soon.

Remote SSR testing

Small electrical rigs and test fixtures support troubleshooting, remote control experiments, and practical shop capability.

Practical part work

Fitment, grate, fixture, and small assembly work stays focused on useful versions that can be inspected and improved.

What fits here

  • Simple-seeming products with practical chemistry behind rinse feel, clarity, handling, and real feedback.
  • Functional prototypes, shop fixtures, test rigs, small assemblies, and adapted hardware.
  • Clear status language for work that is in development, being tested, or ready to show.

Systems in progress

Heating Chamber as a useful experiment.

The repurposed heating chamber did not solve the original soap-mold heating path, but it demonstrates thermal transfer testing, remote control, power conversion, printed guides, wiring, and the habit of keeping a failed first path useful.
